Images to PDF combines a set of images — photos, scans, screenshots — into a single PDF document, one image per page. It is the quickest way to turn a folder of pictures into a shareable document, and it runs completely offline.
Drop JPGs, PNGs, WebP, HEIC iPhone photos and more; the tool packs them into one PDF in the order you added them. Because pages are the images themselves, the PDF preserves their resolution.
How To Use Images to PDF Offline
- Open Images to PDF — Under PDF Tools, or search "images to pdf" with ⌘/Ctrl+K.
- Drop your images — Drag a batch in — they become pages in the order added. iPhone HEIC photos work too.
- Process — One PDF is written to your output folder — ~/Documents/1FileTool by default.
- Optional: compress — If the PDF is heavy, run it through Compress PDF to shrink the embedded images.

Good to know
- Replace source is ON by default — it overwrites originals with no backup. Turn it off in Settings › General to keep both.
- Page size follows each image — mixed dimensions produce mixed page sizes.
- The PDF keeps image quality; to shrink the file, compress the images first or run Compress PDF after.
- The free plan processes 8 files per calendar day.
Tips
- Rename files 01-…, 02-… first so drop order matches page order.
- Compress the images beforehand (Compress Images) for a smaller PDF from the start.
- For iPhone photos, drop the .heic files directly — HEIC input works in every image tool.
Frequently asked questions
Do the images get compressed?
No — images are embedded at full resolution. Run Compress PDF afterwards if you need a smaller file.
Can I mix formats?
Yes — JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and more can go into the same PDF in one drop.
Is there a page or size limit?
No fixed cap — limited only by your disk space. Large image sets make large PDFs.
Are photos uploaded anywhere?
