Keyboard shortcuts and menu bar
Every 1FileTool keyboard shortcut — search, paste-to-run, Settings — plus the full menu bar's tool menus on macOS, Windows and Linux.
1FileTool keeps three shortcuts worth memorizing — search, paste and Settings — plus a menu bar that puts every tool one click away. Below is the complete list, verified against v1.10.0; the app shows ⌘ on macOS and Ctrl on Windows and Linux.

Inside the search palette: ↑ / ↓ move through results and Enter opens the selected tool.
The Edit, View and Window menus carry the standard system shortcuts too — Undo, Redo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Select All; Reload, zoom in/out/reset, full screen; Minimize and Close.
The menu bar
On macOS the 1FileTool menu holds About, Check for Updates..., Settings and Quit. Every platform then gets:
- File — Settings, Check for Updates (Windows/Linux), Close/Quit.
- Edit — the usual clipboard and selection commands.
- Image, Video, Audio, PDF — each opens with "All … Tools" and lists every tool in that category, so Compress, Convert, Merge or Strip EXIF are one click away without touching the sidebar.
- Tools — the remaining categories (AI, Markdown, Files, Text, Design, Privacy), cross-category groups (Compress / Convert / Resize / Watermark), and the standalone workspaces: PDF Editor, Markdown Editor, Workflow Recipes, Folder Monitor, History, Power Tools.
- Go — Home, History, Workflow Recipes, Folder Monitor, Settings.
- View, Window — reload, zoom, minimize, full screen.
- Help — 1FileTool Website, Send Feedback and Email Support.
